What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Why is the charge on my bank statement different from the product price?
The price shown on the product page is the unit price. The final
amount at checkout includes shipping costs and any applicable taxes
(such as VAT or customs duties) calculated based on your shipping

What shipping carrier do you use, and how long will it take?
We offer standard shipping services. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days for domestic U.S. orders and 10-15 business days for other countries, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

Due to shipping restrictions or customs policies, some regions may not

country. Under our current policy (DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid), these

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within
30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Please note that
items must be unused, in good condition, and in their original
packaging.
How do I initiate a return or refund?
To return an item, you can log in to your account and submit a
return request under "My Orders," or you can contact our customer
service team via email. Please include your order number and the reason
for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps promptly.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Due to
bank processing times, credit card refunds may take an additional
billing cycle to appear on your statement. The exact timing depends on
your card-issuing bank.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
by sending photos of the damaged item and packaging to our customer
service email. We will prioritize your case and arrange for a
replacement or full refund promptly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

unable to change the address or cancel the order once it has entered the
packing stage. If you need to make a change, please contact us

will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that the request
will be successful.
I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?

can't find it, your email address might have been entered incorrectly.
